Service upgrade loses `--no-hosted-server`?

So an in-GUI update is “safe” because it doesn’t touch shortcuts, but an “over-install” using an installer (exe, msi, deb, rpm, dmg) will blindly replace existing shortcuts. Would it be possible / easy to check for an existing installation and warn that customized shortcuts should be reviewed after installation? I’ve got an export of one of the backups, but not the other. It would be really nice to find where Duplicati stores them

I believe the job details are stored in the job specific sqlite database, though I’m not sure I follow what you are wanting it.
