Hi, may I know which directories are Duplicati using for each OS? I am planning to shift them away to a different SSD and/or HDD to alleviate SSD wear issues
I am aware that the databases can be located freely but I need to also know how to change the temporary working directory that Duplicati uses. For example, I saw AppData being used in Windows, I need to get Duplicati to simply use a different folder
--tempdir (Path): Temporary storage folder
Use this option to supply an alternative folder for temporary storage.
By default the system default temporary folder is used. Note that
also SQLite will put temporary files in this temporary folder.
* default value: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\
The exact default value format and location varies by OS and user being used.
If Duplicati runs as a special user, e.g. root, GUI Commandline help can help.
Once you have a short description of what you want, you can also search in Advanced options to see if Duplicati chose the same one. Maybe it will work.
Unfortunately 2.3.0.0 Stable will drop remove volume size if you use Submit.
