Been using the software fine for last year or so on a number of servers, I have one server that the web interface just keeps disconnecting from (I’m assuming it could be the service restarting ?)
I have completely removed the software and all the associated folders and services, reinstalled and I still have the issue help !!

what is the Duplicati version ? is it accessed from the computer it is installed or it is a remote access ? did you take a look at the Windows system and application logs ?

Task Manager can show PIDs. Watch for change. Even nicer, Process Explorer can show start times.
