Hello! I see the same error: “constraint failed UNIQUE constraint failed: DuplicateBlock.BlockID, DuplicateBlock.VolumeID”. Have I make another forum thread?
My error occurred after message about db malfunctions. I recreated DB and see the next messages in the log:
