I installed Duplicati in docker on a Pi8GB but when I want to setup the backup, I am not able to choose the docker directory(/var/lib/docker). It does not see it. Any idea?

If you are new to docker, note that docker containers have their own isolated filesystem. If you want to access folders on the host machine, you need to add the appropriate bind mount. See the docker documentation for more info: Manage data in Docker | Docker Documentation
