Errors after backup issues on Jottacloud

I also have issues with Jottacloud, already for 3 weeks now. I couldn’t download the affected file, not even with the Jottacloud CLI. Support is investigating already for 3 weeks but is not really communicating. I’m not sure they even can restory my file.

I’m dropping Jottacloud as my cloud provider - if I would have needed this file I’d be in serious problems right now.
