If you are feeling brave, it should be possible to remove the row with the key
repair-in-progressfrom theConfigurationtable:DELETE FROM "Configuration" WHERE "Key" = 'repair-in-progress'This removes the error, but the database is still validated.

looks like with the SQL tweak it finally did the trick 
after that, I just triggerred a Repair which was quick, and triggerred a new Run to confirm things are working again.
