If you run the purge command, it will drop the 9 versions of the file listed there. You still have at least version 0, 1, and 2, so unless you really want to try to recover the listed versions, I would go for the purge command.
If you need to recover those versions, you will likely only get them in incomplete states. That is possible before the purge command, but not after.

I didn’t realize that the list was a list of backups-of-the-file rather than the source file 
I suddently felt much less insecure about a purge and the idea made more sense.
I.. thought that would finally hit the nail.. but 
what should I do about those missing blocklist hashes?
