Email message after backup is created

I am new to Duplicati.
Is it possible to have Duplicate send an email when backup creation is done? Either with status detail? eg. backup = OK / failed, etc?

I don’t have a own mailserver etc. Will it work by a using gmail account for sending mails after backup creation?

I do not have an own email server, either. The parameter send-mail-url can be a little difficult. Maybe you’ll find an answer to that in the forum.

If all else fails you could also let a third party tool like Duplicati-Monitoring.com to do your email send.
