"List of backup timestamps contains duplicates" due to DST change

Here in California, DST just ended this morning, and Duplicati seems to not be happy with that. List of backup timestamps contains duplicates: 2018-11-04 02:00:00, 2018-11-04 01:00:00, 2018-11-04 01:30:00, 2018-11-04 01:00:00, ... It throws the above error and refuses to back up. I assume that I can work around this by deleting one of the offending “01:00:00” backups, but I wanted to check if there is a more permanent fix.
