When trying to open Duplicati Duplicati.GUI.TrayIcon.exe on my Windows Server 2025 machine, I get the following error:
I don’t have any option available for “Run in Compatibility Mode”, and I don’t know what else to try.

I tried reproducing this today with no luck.
I was using Windows Server 2025, clean install, x64 CPU, installing Duplicati 2.2.0.1 from the x64 MSI.
Can you share your details on what CPU type and what package you are installing from?
Also, can you see if the signatures on the file are valid?
