I have duplicati install on a windows server 2016 machine. I went into the settings and allowed remote access but it’s not working. I allowed the port and program through my windows firewall and still no luck.
What error message do you get?
nothing. When i try to access the web gui remotely it just times out.
Did you restart Duplicati after enabling remote access?
Alos, are you attempting to access it from another machine on the same LAN? Or across the internet?
Yes i Did restart. and over LAN
Ok it’s probably your firewall. You say you allowed the “port and program” - can you go into more detail on that? Maybe you can post a screen shot of the firewall rule.
