Wiki Dev Instructions Missing?

The Readme file on Github mentions a Wiki page:

“Instructions on how to setup your development environment and build duplicati can be found in the wiki. Pull requests fixing bugs or improving duplicati in another way are appreciated.”

This link is not working for me. It just redirects back to here:

Is this documentation still available somewhere?
