Why some of these soft are so hard to configure ?!?! are they made on purpose like that ???
I have few hours and cant configure webdav what`s the correct way in manual is confusing !!???

Sorry you feel that way. It is not made intentionally hard, but Duplicati can work in different ways, fitting different purposes.
The url-like syntax you show from the documentation can be used if you prefer. Click the three dots to the right of “Backup destination” and choose “Import destination URL”.
The user interface is meant ot make is simper to type in the required fields, instead of using the URL syntax.
If you ignore the documentation and just look at the UI, it is listing the values you need to provide: hostname or IP, port, path on server, username, and password.
All the values should be provided by the owner of the WebDAV server.
Once you have entered these, click “Test connection” and it will see if it can connect to your WebDAV server.
This is a security feature and can be toggled from the UI (but requires restarting Duplicati):
Beware that Duplicati by default does not use TLS so anyone on your network can read (and change) data being sent.

I deleted from my PC because couldn’t connect with WebDAV and trying to use the version on my NAS but there is not much easy !!! for god sake ! make me nervous absolutely non intuitive software ! Now when i use the one in my Asus NAS I don’t have access to my Desktop what a stupidity I guess this one I cant use to make backups from my PC !!?? or its just not clear how to se it up !!!??
I answered both questions I found: not able to connect, and how to connect externally.
If there is still some parts that are not clear, please try to phrase it like a question and include relevant error messages and description of your setup.
Though it is not written directly anywhere, I get the sense that you would like to make a backup of your PC to your NAS storage.
To do so, you need Duplicati running on your PC, and you need a few values from the NAS:
- Hostname: the network name, hostname or IP address of the NAS device
- Port: the port the WebDAV service is using on the NAS device
- Path: the path within the WebDAV storage where data should be stored
- Username & Password: credentials to access the WebDAV service on the NAS device
All these values are specific to your setup. Once you have obtained these, the “Test connection” button can give you a quick confirmation that things are working. If not, the error message may give a hint as to what is not working.
If you need any parts of the input data clarified or need help understanding an error message, please include as much context as you can.
You PC is certainly preventing the NAS from reading your desktop. It would be a major security issue if any machine on the network could read files on your desktop.
Generally, you need Duplicati installed on the machine where the files you need backed up are located.

uninstalled and installed again and worked ?!?! wtf ?? now another problem !! Is Duplicati making only .zip backup of files ? no exact copy without archiving them ?!
The term “does not work” does not help in understanding what does not work.
Does the program restart? Show errors? Hang?

Yes. Duplicati is a backup tool that stores multiple versions of your data.
It is not a remote synchronization or mirroring tool.
If you want to have a plain copy of the files, you are not looking for a backup tool.
