Warning while running the plan

im getting this error message and it never loads up, its blank and its been over a day, any inputs?

Looks like the web UI is failing to load. This can sometimes happen due to a caching issue. Try holding the Ctrl key and pressing the refresh/reload button.

Thank you for your response, but refresh isnt helping either.Anything else i should be looking into?

Can you try Chrome just as a test?
