The best way to delete old versions backup after archiving with delete

I don’t know: may be it will be a suggestion, may be there is another solution.

So I have to backup some folders for some time after archive and delete and put to remote folder. I don’t want to store this backup forever due security reason (backup password stored in D2).

I see it as new feature to delete some folder from backup.

Now I think that I can export backup to file, delete backup with remote data, create archive with delete and import to new backup. But may be there is better solution?
