The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records

Hi, i’ve added a backup on Amazon compatible S3 service and that thats working fine. I then went to add another backup for an expansion drive on same comp - but now i’m getting the access ID error , despite having used same credentials (i’ve triple checked this!). I’m confused, any ideas? thanks

How did you check? What Duplicati? Old or new UI? Destination? Where on it?
Beyond the fill-in-the-box field, there’s also a three-dot menu to show URL form.
Commandline can also do this, and so can Export as command-line. Try those?

thanks, sorry, i was putting the backup path in the wrong box.. newbie error - sorted now
