Super slow backup on sata local HDD or USB3 HDD

I have come back to test duplicati after finding it last year to be super slow to backup (30kb/s or less)

I was hoping that after a number of updates that would no long be the case, but after doing some testing its the same.

I have tried:

Backup to local storage on the server.

backup to usb3 HDD connect to the server directly.

changing volume size from 50mb to 2gb.

Turning off all encryption.

Nothing I have tried had any noticeable effect on speed.

Could you share your system configuration: CPU memory hard disk size is it sata?

Which version of Duplicati are you running
Os, 32 or 64 bit.

CPU: Intel® Pentium® CPU G3240 @ 3.10GHz
HVM: Enabled
Cache: 64 kB, 512 kB, 3072 kB
Memory: 8 GB Single-bit ECC
OS: UnRaid 6.5.3
4 Drives in parity: 4TB - 2TB - 2TB - 2TB
All Sata through a B120i Controller.

Backup drive is connected via USB, drive is 2TB 7200RPM WD.

Duplicati is running in a docker container.
version: Duplicati - 2.0.4.5_beta_2018-11-28

Transferring the same files from the same point a to point b with midnight commander, I average 48mb/s.

U could try in advanced options
Concurrent hashers = 2
Concurrent compressors = 2
