After successfully rebuilding the database duplicati is stuck at Counting… with random CPU high usage for nearly hours not backing up.
I had to rebuild database because of inconsistency issues.

What sorts of entries are you seeing in the Show Log -> Live -> Profiling area?
“Checking file for changes file to path” in profiling log
Under resource monitor I see lot of read bytes per second looks like it is rehashing all the files again
Are you using the --check-filetime-only parameter?
No
It started back in up now after long time
So it’s no longer stuck but is running very slowly?
I am still doing the first initial full backup daily in parts I’ll check today and update later.
