I just set up a Duplicati account but lost my passkey, so I can’t log in. Is there a way to recover the passkey? I also can’t re-register as my username is already taken. I didn’t configure or made backups yet. How can I start all over again?
Hi @JanP, you can write hello@duplicati.com and ask for the MFA device to be reset.
