Send-mail: posibility to include added, modified and deleted files and they different size backup

I think it’s more usefull thinkgs that only information about count and size if files.

So it’s my suggestion.

enhancement help wanted minor change

Current email notification uses %RESULT%, which includes some really useful info…, but is still somewhat limited in usefulness for general status review. Enhancement request is to add additional options for the report, such as: ``` Backup Total Time: <duration> (Start <date-time>, End <date-time>) Amount of additional protected data: xx MB/GB Amount of new data uploaded: xx MB/GB Changes since previous backup: --Number of new files: xx --Number of modified files: yy --Number of files deleted: (attach a list of files if less than 1MB text file, that size would be modifyable) ```
