Running the Oauth Handler in AWS?

I have a need to run a custom OAuth handler but Google App Engine is a no-go for me… is there any known case / documentation of hosting the OAuth handler on AWS even a self-hosted server?

None that I can see, but An OAuth handler for running a custom OAuth service on Google App Engine probably could be ported by someone sufficiently expert in both environments. That wouldn’t be me…

I did find some attempts to replicate Google App Engine for other platforms, mainly using open source.
