It sounds like you’ve been trying everything right - including copying the files from the S3 destination (that Duplicati can’t find for some reason) to a local folder and trying the restore from there.
In looking at your initial commandline restore attempt it looks like you’re trying to restore from a file that ends in .vol1.zip.aes which is odd because that’s not normally how Duplicati names files. (Right @Pectojin?)
Would it be possible for you to provide the list of filenames you’re trying to restore from?
Note that this “not the right files” theory is somewhat supported by the “could not be parsed” error you are seeing which seems similar to the one mentioned here:
