If you are talking about the open-source client, then no.
There is no concept of users in the Duplicati client, just “access” which is means everything.
I would love to talk about what user administration would entail, but I think it will be something larger as different people have different expectations. Ideally, we could make a few permission groups and then have different users which could be granted access.
Things like restore might be tricky, be cause you may want to allow restore, but not overwriting the source files. Editing might allow adding folders, but not changing the destination or schedule.
We can talk on that as well, but I read the question as solely focused on the local settings database.
