This is the file that pCloud seemingly broke so you deleted. Ordinarily one would list and purge broken files right after that, but the exact sequence done is a little bit confusing for me. You could try those steps again.
What this restore result suggests though is that the file you chose will be purged because it’s part missing. Destination killing files is a good way to damage backup. FWIW here’s a Duplicacy pCloud problem today:
