Recovering from disk crash, Repair errors

After disk failure I am trying to get Duplicati going again. My backups had a configuration file that is showing up as I remember in Duplicati>Home. I got a message about files out of sync, which is expected; there will files in the destination that were put there after the archived configuration/database was created. Duplicati suggested I run Repair and I got lots of errors like this:

How old is your database backup? You may have better luck with a full database recreation.

That did the trick. Thanks.
