I thought before than Duplicati start automatically as service, but no.

I want to run program after restart without user login.

Under Windows, you can install the Duplicati service from an administrative command prompt using the command
Duplicati.WindowsService.exe install

Type Duplicati.WindowsService.exe help to see the available command line options.
