Portal Login - Change 2FA settings

Hi there,

So I set up the access to trial the new Duplicati portal a few months ago (Duplicati) and as part of that I enabled 2FA on the log-in for this.

Logging in is absolutely fine, password/2FA works like a charm.

The problem is, I am trying to change the 2FA app I use (leaving Authy) and need to change my security settings to presumably disable and then re-enable this setting (so I get ne QR code to scan using the new 2FA app).

I can’t for the life of me find the account or security setting that will allow me to do this - what am I doing wrong? Can someone guide me on how to do this, if possible please?

Hi @j365, I can remove the current 2FA setup so you are asked to set up a new one.
Please send an email to hello@duplicati.com (or use the support button on duplicati.com).

We need to verify that you are the owner of the account before we can reset the 2FA device.
