I have a question concerning outlook.pst Backup with duplicati.
Is duplicati doing a FULL backup of the very large pst-file or can duplicati see, that only minor parts of the outlook file have changed?
Is there a handy solution?
Duplicati devides all files into blocks (default 100KB). Only new blocks and blocks that have been changed since the last backup will be uploaded. If your Outlook.pst is 3GB and some data is added (a few new emails), only a few hondreds of KB’s will be uploaded. Read more about the block based engine in this article:
