Did you try what that message suggested? It would involve typing into some Microsoft screens, I think.
Is this a simple personal (maybe even free) OneDrive or something fancier like business or education? Administrators probably enjoy some control over what sorts of things they let work with their OneDrive.
Have you looked in your Microsoft account (maybe in Privacy → Apps and Services) for Duplicati info?
I suppose you should check About → Show log → Stored for any better message at the time of failure. What’s on the screen references an “inner exception”, but it’s not displayed. That might explain further.
