I reported an unfortunate terminology mishap at Translation of "hibernate" to Finnish · Issue #4101 · duplicati/duplicati · GitHub. This is very low-priority issue, but out of curiosity, I would like to know if the translations are created differently for different (types of) platforms or there is just one big translation for all of them?
There is just one translation for all platforms.
For a short-term fix, I suggest you just update the translation here:
For a better fix, we would need to have two strings, like hibernate-linux and hibernate-windows, so we can differentiate between them based on the OS. I guess this would make sense that we look at “client-OS” as that is what we expect the user to have as reference, even though the server could have another OS.
