I just tried to test Duplicati on Windows. It seems the windows installer (v2 beta1) is missing the AESCrypt module since I can not choose any encryption method when setting up a new backup.
(This might actually also be the reason why I have issues in #188.)
Reinstall and reboot fixed this issue.
