i’ve a backup job configured from administrative user, duplicate is running as service, i’ve setup remote access with password, but when i login from another user in the windows server, in duplicate no backup job is showing, like a new environment, how could i achieve this my goal is 1 service console accessibile from all users

in About / System info, do you see ‘StartedBy’ = Server ? If not, you don’t connect to Duplicati as server.
A possible solution in this case could be to create a shortcut similar to

yes i’ve it from user where i’ve configured the backup job,
i’ve found the issue, was a local stored configuration for that user when duplicate was in application mode, i’ve delete it and now i successfully logged in and see the same job
