I cannot backup to Google, displays the following error message:

Please describe the OS, your technical comfort level (investigation could be involved) and history of backups leading to warning (which looks more like a database recreate issue than a backup issue).
It would be nice to understand what the message means in terms of potential backup file damage, but because it’s an error manipulating the database, it might best be looked at with a database bug report.
You can inspect the report with DB Browser for SQLite before posting a link, or you can view database yourself. It’s a bunch of tables similar to a spreadsheet, with lots of linkage between bits of information.
Alternatively, is the warning easily reproduced? That would give an opportunity to get some debug logs.
