Different places have different pricing schemes. Some have only fixed sizes, so lighter users may suffer.
Yep, good to compare services. Wasabi is another good choice, pricing is slightly higher than B2 at $0.0059/GB/mo, but downloads are free. Minimum is 1TB though.
B2 has no minimum and has the shipping option discussed above.
Both of these are “hot” storage and work great with Duplicati.

If you are looking for a business alternative, I would not go for the free solution. A reliable alternative that also comes from the Netherlands is vboxxcloud. Have you specifically been very satisfied with how it works with Duplicati? If so, what Storage Type is used?
Duplicati doesn’t specifically support its REST API, AFAIK, and the site has a big disclaimer about WebDAV. This actually reminds me of the WebDAV issues reported here. So what way of access works well for you?
