How to fix "Invalid file checksum" when backing up

I have a backup that goes to Mega. For some reason one of the files got corrupted and I get the following error every time I try to back up:

How do I proceed? I don’t care about the current stored back ups since I won’t need to restore them.

For corrupted dblock file (I hope it’s just one – it can be tested if you like) you can delete the file and do Recovering by purging files steps with the GUI Commandline.
