How to change email address on monitoring app website

Hi,

I have duplicati running on my unraid server and it works well. Recently, I created an account on the duplicati website and linked it to my server with the free monitoring trial. I want to change the email address associated with that account (for login and the report montoring), but it’s greyed out and I honestly can’t see how to cange it! I know it souds silly, but can someone help me change it (red circle in image below)?

That email is tied to the provider you used to log in, and cannot be changed directly. If you really want it to be changed, then do the following:

  1. Click “Add login account” at the top
  2. Add a login with your new email
  3. Click “Support” (on the left side), and ask that the new providers email is the primary email

If you just want to change the email address where notifications are sent to, then visit:

At the bottom, add the new email you want to use, and complete the verification flow.
Then edit the “Channels” section at the top of the page to use the new email.

thank you. I’ve tried to add a new email to the channels section, but when i click the verificatoin link from the email it comes up with a non-descript error and then goes to the log on page!
