It would be very nice if Duplicati kept a copy of all configuration files (minus the database) on all partitions and every time a process was supposed to start it would check if all the versions are identical and if not ask what to do. So if you restore a partition from a backup Duplicati would ask you, and you could choose the up-to-date version of the config files AND a database repair or Recreate. That would solve a lot of problems for me.
