Yesterday I ran my first backup which completed. Today when the first auto backup attempted to run, I got this message:
Does this have anything to do with backing up to OneDrive for Business?
No, it just means that the user running Duplicati is not allowed to create a VSS snapshot. Did you re-launch Duplicati in the meantime and this changed the user context?
