При создании резервной копии базы, выдает ошибку.
И почему-то пишет 0 файлов.
Что не так?

Hi @Vasiliy, welcome to the forum and thanks for trying out Duplicati!

In the first place, it helps us to (temporary) change the language of the user interface to English, before taking screenshots to post here.

The warning Failed to process path: C:\BACKUPS\new.bak => Устройство не готово. (Device not ready) indicates that Duplicati cannot read the source file you are trying to backup. This could be a permissions problem. Check if the user context that is used to start Duplicati has at least read access to the new.bak file in C:\BACKUPS.

Another cause could be that the new.bak file is opened exclusively by another process (maybe the new.bak file is still written to by your backup script). Ensure that your backup process has finished writing to new.bak before starting the Duplicati backup.

Advanced option --snapshot-policy=On or --snapshot-policy=Required could be used to gain read access to opened files, but if data is still added to this file, your Duplicati backup will contain an incomplete and inconsistent version of your production database.
