The data source are in HDD
The data destination in on Pcloud Drive
At this time I have 5 backup :
Backup 1 (one big file directory) => no problem
Backup 2 (one other big file directory) => no problem
Backup 3 (one other big file directory) => no problem
Backup 4 (one big file directory) => no problem in the logs but message warning here :
2025-05-22 18:47:23 +02 - [Warning-Duplicati.Library.Modules.Builtin.ReportHelper-ReportSubmitError]: Échec de l'envoi du message: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Backup 5 (one big file directory) => no problem in the logs but same message warning…
I am newbee and not a specialist of the logs…
If anyone have a little time, many thanks for the spend time

That error is from the reporting module (http reporting, email reporting, jabber reporting, or telegram reporting).
However, the error message is not exact enough for me to figure out what is causing it.
Can you try to use the UI, then click “About”, “Show log” (the button at the top, to the right):
This should show the same error message, but if you click it, it will expand and show some context. If you can copy-and-paste the entire message, then I can perhaps diagnose it a bit further.
Hello @kenkendk
This is a part of the problem…
I have a backup name “Commun”
When I start this backup manually with “start now” I have this message error :
2025-05-26 20:52:41 +02 - [Warning-Duplicati.Library.Modules.Builtin.ReportHelper-ReportSubmitError]: Échec de l'envoi du message: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Under log of the backup : no problem…
And in to the logs “about” :
I have not Email or alert since this backup
Ok, I will need to investigate a bit to figure out what the problem is.
I have registered an issue here.
