What you posted looks like a backup failure. Is that correct? If so, did you see errors during delete/repair? That is what backup is complaining about, because somehow recreate didn’t finish completely when run.
If you don’t recall details, please open a browser tab to About --> Show log --> Live --> Information while you run the Recreate again. Possibly it will show something that went wrong. Example good output ends:
* Feb 4, 2019 7:55 PM: The operation Repair has completed
* Feb 4, 2019 7:55 PM: Recreate completed, and consistency checks completed, marking database as complete
* Feb 4, 2019 7:55 PM: Recreate completed, verifying the database consistency
With some logs, it might be possible to figure out what went wrong that caused the repair to not complete.
