I’m using Ubuntu 16.04 and I installed Duplicati yesterday. I tried to run a backup with the scheduler but it didn’t work. Only when I started Duplicated it worked. Do you know I can solve this problem?

It sounds like you are running the default install using the tray icon. If you set the tray icon to start at login then backups should run as scheduled IF you are logged in.
