“Pause after startup or hibernation” does not work #4606 with missing information. Any luck with below?

FWIW this works for me on Windows 10 21H1. A quick search (please search further) found the reverse, meaning lack of jobs starting rather than jobs starting without the requested pause time. Technical details:

Personally, I wonder if it will have to get some debug log messages added to Canary to help track it down.
