Duplicati froze on this phrase "Waiting for upload to finish"

I have a day of errors and problems with your program. It’s a nightmare i’m in bad emotions
duplicati freezes on this phrase and nothing happens or there are no errors.
This has never been done forever and for 20 seconds.
