Duplicati froze after exiting sleep mode what to do

Yesterday, the data was copied, and I turned off the laptop to sleep mode, today I turn it on, but the process did not end and froze. Also in the Temp folder there was 1 file
dup-a1180f6c-ff08-4e4a-9c62-71bd77af81bc

What should I do ?If I kill the Duplticati process, it will break the database and then there will be many errors when trying to make another backup copy What is the way out?

Step by step, indicate the procedure that I need to do

What date does that refer to? The time of this post, plus the language of the log suggests 12/17/2019, which begs the question of why all the logs say 12/16/2019. You can also check the date on Temp file.

Although this could be tricky no matter how it’s done, understanding the situation can help guide steps. Perhaps it’s not a matter of an improper exit from sleep, but it was already in error state at sleep time?

The text log snipping isn’t really helpful. Do you have enough log to see the preceding issue as below?

To try less dangerous things, did you try sleep and wake again if you think the freeze was after wake?

Is this a TrayIcon install, not Service or Server? If so, does Right-click on icon, then Quit do anything?

Have you done a database Recreate previously, and found it fast enough? If so, maybe it won’t be so bad if the database breaks, because that could be the fallback solution. DB break isn’t guaranteed, so there’s a chance Recreate wouldn’t be needed. Back up the old DB manually, just in case you need it.

There are different levels of DB break. If it breaks at the SQLite level (which it shouldn’t, but I suppose SQLite has its bugs too), that’s the worst. If Duplicati gets confused, sometimes it can be un-confused.

How critical is the backup? If things get too bad, sometimes starting again is the easiest but it will lose historical versions. I encourage people not to rely on Duplicati as only backup of highly valued history.

I have Duplicati running as a service without TrayIcon. Re-exit from sleep mode did not help me solve the problem, the date 12/16/2019 means that Duplicati was in freeze mode for more than 24 hours, I found this error By chance when I saw the file
dup-a1180f6c-ff08-4e4a-9c62-71bd77af81bc in the folder

I solved the problem like this:
Step 1. I stopped the Duplicati service.
Step 2. I deleted the Duplicati process.
Step 3. I deleted the temporary sqlite-journal database.

And I started the backup again, the process went without errors. I was surprised
