DST change caused all backups to change start time

I know there are some very old threads on this (going back several years), so I thought it better to start a new one, but since the change of DST here in Europe at the weekend every single backup is running an hour earlier than before.

Is this bug ever going to get fixed? It may sound like a trivial issue, but if you’re trying to schedule backups for specific windows of time having them all suddenly start at the wrong time could be a problem.

FYI, I’m on 2.0.4.32_canary_2019-10-24 on both Windows and Linux versions.
