Delete old versions of backup without running a new backup

the Dismiss all button does not work or it is sooo backlogged that it can’t work

Although the reports of this are few, here’s a theory from 2021. Can you test this?

From monitoring the network tab of the dev tools, it appears that the problem might be that the interface is trying to dismiss every alert, but it does it by firing off a DELETE request for each and every alert individually. It does several successfully but then hits some 503s and bails out of the process.

Dev tools is probably on your browser menu, and commonly available with the F12 key.
A dismiss (in my test on Edge) looks like this. You want to get 200 for success. Do you?

If the 503 is still there, you can look at a notifications line to see how many you have.

saw all the warning messages

Are you getting a lot per job run, or do they just build up over many runs without dismiss?

Would this by chance also take out all the warning messages associated to those versions?

I doubt it, at least when I deleted all the versions of the job (and the job), the popups remained even on browser refresh. Mine was an error, but I have no reason to think warning is different.
