Default advanced options

I’m trying to customize duplicati, I want people to make backup copies, have everything easy and can not be wrong in any way, the thing I want to achieve is that in, add backup --> options --> advanced options, I leave by default send-http-url, with the desired address.

I have managed to do something similar in setting --> default options, since there is a file called options.cs that has a List , and I would like to do the same in advanced options. Has anyone got something similar? Thank you.
