Custom smart backup retention syntax help needed

Hello,

I would like to adjust the Smart Backup Retention of ‘1W:1D,4W:1W,12M:1M’ for a slightly longer retention of the weeks and months.

  1. I would like to keep the weekly backups for longer than 4 weeks, rather 8 weeks: each of the last 8 weeks.
  2. I would like to keep 24 months instead of 12 months.

Would this do that: 1W:1D,8W:1W,24M:1M ?
